These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pk7bet platform, including the website accessible at https://pk7bet.cam and all associated services, content and functionality made available through that domain (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by pk7bet ("we", "us", "our"). pk7bet is an English-language online betting information and entertainment platform intended for users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk7bet. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds, bonus funds (where applicable) and winnings held in a User's Account at any given time.

By accessing the Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, wagering or using any feature — you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms as they appear at the time of your access.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Account if one has been registered.

Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are aged 18 years or above, or the higher minimum age required by the jurisdiction governing the operator's licence;
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not on behalf of any corporate, commercial or professional entity;
• You are not resident in, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or any related operator service, whether through self-exclusion or operator-initiated suspension;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent or immediate family member of any employee of pk7bet or any associated operator, technology provider or affiliate;
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

pk7bet reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close Accounts where eligibility criteria are not met or cannot be confirmed. Any funds held in an ineligible Account shall be dealt with at the operator's discretion, subject to applicable regulatory obligations.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any associated Balance.

At the time of registration, you must provide complete, accurate and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details required by the registration form. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

Upon registration, you may be required to select an Account currency. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is supported, balances and transactions will be displayed in PKR. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by the operator and may vary.

As part of our commitment to responsible gambling, fraud prevention and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, pk7bet may require Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or, in some cases, before processing deposits above specified thresholds.

KYC verification typically requires the submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document — for Pakistani users, this will typically be a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport;
• Proof of residential address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement (typically dated within 3 months);
• In some cases, a selfie or liveness check for biometric confirmation of identity.

All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the operator's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never send identity documents via email, WhatsApp, SMS, unsecured file transfer or any other unencrypted channel.

The submission of altered, cropped, obscured, forged or otherwise falsified identity documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

pk7bet is not liable for any delays to withdrawal processing arising from a User's failure to submit required KYC documentation promptly and in acceptable form. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete and approved.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties — including family members — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and/or reversal of funds.

The payment methods available on the Platform at any given time are listed in the cashier section of your Account. Familiar local payment references for Pakistani users may include mobile wallet services and bank transfer options. The mention of any payment provider name on this Platform does not imply endorsement of gambling by that provider, nor any official partnership or affiliation with pk7bet.

Minimum deposit amounts, as displayed in the cashier section in PKR or the applicable Account currency, apply to each deposit transaction. These thresholds are set by the operator and are subject to change without notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method and are outside the direct control of pk7bet. The Platform is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banks or mobile wallet providers.

pk7bet does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time. Payment method availability may be affected by factors including operator policy changes, payment provider decisions, regulatory developments or technical issues.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied before a withdrawal is approved and processed:

• Your Account KYC verification must be complete and approved;
• The name and details associated with your selected withdrawal method must exactly match the name registered on your Account;
• Any active bonus wagering requirement associated with your current Balance must be fully completed;
• Your Account must be in good standing — free from open investigations, policy violations, fraud flags or suspension orders;
• The requested withdrawal amount must meet the operator's minimum withdrawal threshold, as displayed in the cashier.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and other promotional incentives offered on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published at the time of the offer. These bonus-specific terms supplement these general Terms and, in the event of conflict, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail in respect of the relevant promotion.

Bonus funds are generally subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement obliges the User to wager PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirement multipliers, qualifying games and time limits are specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, use of third-party funds, collusion, arbitrage strategies, or any other method deemed abusive by the operator will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

pk7bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Figures referenced elsewhere on this Platform as promotional examples — including PKR amounts — are illustrative only and do not constitute live offers unless confirmed by the operator at the time of participation.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the operator's applicable sports betting or casino game rules, which are published within the relevant product section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules for that market or game.

The Platform does not guarantee the acceptance of any bet. Bets are not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued to the User. Where a bet is not confirmed, any staked amount will be returned to the User's Account Balance.

In the event of a manifest error in odds, payout calculations or market data — including technical faults, data feed errors or human input errors — pk7bet reserves the right to void affected bets and restore the staked amounts to the User's Account Balance, regardless of whether bets were settled in the User's favour.

For cricket markets including PSL, ICC tournaments, Pakistan national team fixtures and other Pakistan-relevant sporting events, specific market rules — including rules governing abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments, player withdrawals and venue changes — apply. Users should review the market-specific rules before placing bets on these events.

pk7bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be an entertaining activity conducted within clearly defined personal limits. The Platform makes available the following responsible gambling tools, subject to operator implementation:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds within defined time periods.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all Balances:

• Registering more than one Account, regardless of the method used;
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information or KYC documents;
• Using the Platform whilst located in a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including multi-accounting for promotional purposes;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other unauthorised technology to interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud or financial crime;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, overload or otherwise compromise the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting Platform content without express written authorisation.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to its design, layout, text content, images, graphics, logos, software code, database structure and user interface elements — are owned by or licensed to pk7bet and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, sub-licensing, commercial exploitation or derivative use of any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk7bet, its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or connected with:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in Platform content;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data;
• Technical failures, including server outages, network interruptions or data loss;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Any reliance on educational or informational content published on the Platform;
• Gambling losses or the outcome of any bet or game.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

The collection, use, storage and processing of your personal data by pk7bet is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, pk7bet collects personal information including registration details, payment information, device and session data, and KYC documentation. This data is used to operate your Account, process transactions, perform identity verification and comply with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. pk7bet does not sell your personal data to third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
